   By doing our job, your job becomes minimized. This includes “weekly” property inspections (how can we understand the concerns of the building, if we are never there?). We will have servicemen out to perform the requisite functions of the building (inspections, maintenance, etc.) before problems occur. Imagine that concept….

2. WE ARE DETAILED

   Paying the Association’s obligations month after month is never enough. Linear will review the services of the Association every month to find the best solution for that particular association. It may be as simple as adding longer lasting hallway lighting to changing banks for the best Certificate of Deposit (CD) rate.

   How many times have you waited endless days for simple responses from your management company or had to follow-up several times to no avail? No longer will you have to wait days and weeks for an initial response. We will contact each individual in a timely manner, if just to say that we are working on your concern.
