Leonard Ellen – President/CFO

Having graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Finance and an MBA in Supply Chain Management, Leonard clearly understands the inner-workings and economic tactics of business dealings. His background consists of eleven years of internal and external auditing, which include: project management, risk assessment and operational efficiencies. As a property manager, he has managed a portfolio of 23 condominium/cooperative homeowner associations to ensure due diligence compliance with contractual obligations and local laws/regulations.

 

He is experienced in safeguarding all Association assets through creating yearly budgets, producing financial reports and ascertaining ways to enhance reserve accounts. He has collaborated with attorneys to interpret and improve Bylaws, as well as, litigated on behalf of clients. His duties have also included working with structural engineers to create reserve studies, as well as, multi-tasking to provide effective vendor management through contract negotiation, supervision and implementation of various projects.

 

As President of his condominium association for over 10 years, he has steered the condominium into many value-enhancing building improvements including: 189 new windows, interior/exterior painting (note: The building is ½ block long), new lighting, deck replacement and a host of other projects. All of this without an added assessment, while still maintaining over $175,000 in reserves.

Marc Hall – Executive Vice-President

Marc

Having served as a Vice-President for several large financial institutions, Marc brings several key roles to the business. He has served as both a Branch and Regional Manager, as well as a Corporate Methods and Procedures Analyst for one of the country’s largest banking institutions.

In addition to his experience in the financial industry, Marc is experienced in development, implementation and retention as a former Chief of Operations/Director of Programs within a multi-million dollar national transportation association.

He is experienced in developing work-flow processes that determine how a business and association should be run. His operational knowledge ties in well with the administration, training and planning aspects of property management that brings the business full circle.
